Presentation Description
Self-reflection allows us to pause, be vulnerable, and be honest with ourselves about our present state of consciousness. Through positive self-reflection, you are able to turn inward to create opportunities to examine your emotions, feelings, and experiences. Through this workshop, participants will discuss tools they can use to increase opportunities for gratitude, self-care, and self-compassion.
